Q. What does the process look like?
A. Brief → samples → specifications and approvals → production → delivery. Market requirements are considered early and may run alongside product development.
Q. How long will it take?
A. Timing depends on sampling, component availability, market requirements and transport. Manufacturing timing is confirmed after formula and packaging approval; it is not the same as the total launch timeline.
Q. How many sample rounds are included?
A. Sample rounds, revision limits, courier costs and any additional fees are specified in your quotation.

Q. Where are products manufactured?
A. Manufacturing is arranged through Korean ODM partners. The proposed facility and relevant documentation are reviewed for the specific project.
Q. How are quality concerns handled?
A. Specifications, agreed checks, acceptance criteria and the process for reporting nonconformities are set before production. Remedies and responsibilities are defined in the agreement.

Q. How is a quotation prepared?
A. Formula, unit size, packaging, quantity and service scope determine the quotation. Regulatory work and logistics are itemized or identified separately.
Q. What are the payment terms?
A. Deposits, balances, milestones and cancellation conditions are stated in the quotation and agreement before an order proceeds.
Q. Can you support my destination market?
A. We review the destination and product first, then define specialist support, documents and local importer or responsible-party requirements. Requirements differ between markets.
