What MOQ means
The minimum order quantity is the smallest batch available for a particular specification. A starting MOQ is not a promise that every formula, size and packaging combination uses the same minimum.
Two requirements to align
The manufacturing batch and packaging supply can have different minimums. Custom containers, printing or outer boxes can introduce requirements beyond the filled product itself.
Variants matter
Separate scents, shades or sizes can require separate production setups. Specify the quantity for each variant rather than only the total number of units.
How to keep the first run practical
Ask about existing containers, standard decoration and fewer variants. Confirm whether excess packaging is purchased, stored or reused, and who bears that cost.
